Nuestra ubicación es ideal para descubrir la vida dominicana local. A veces hay ruido de las motos. Están ubicados en el seguro barrio de «La Planta» en Las Galeras, a sólo 15 minutos caminando (5 minutos en motocicleta) de Playita y Playa Grande.

El Espacio
El cómodo apartamento de 32 metros cuadrados tiene una cocina totalmente equipada (que incluye sal, pimienta, aceite, café, azúcar y agua), un balcón privado con asientos, una sala de estar con sofá, un dormitorio con un colchón y armario de calidad firme, y Un baño con ducha de agua caliente y WC. Las toallas, la ropa de cama y el jabón los proporcionamos nosotros y están incluidos en el precio.

Todas las ventanas del apartamento, que se encuentra en el segundo piso, tienen ventanas de cristal y, al igual que el balcón, protección contra mosquitos.

Para asegurar el suministro de agua contamos con un tanque de agua en la azotea y un segundo aljibe subterráneo.

El estacionamiento está ubicado en nuestro patio y siempre es gratuito.
Tienes entrada independiente y puedes entrar y salir cuando quieras.
Recientemente construimos una zona de barbacoa que puedes utilizar. También contamos con un restaurante local en la planta baja y puedes pedir desayuno, almuerzo o cena.

¿Puedo llegar después de la hora establecida?

La hora establecida para la entrega de la llave es entre las 3:00pm y las 7:00pm, si por alguna razón no puede recibir las llaves en la hora estimada puede comunicarse con (Adriana) es la encargada de la propiedad y no habrá ningún problema, por favor tenga en cuenta que está alquilando un departamento local y no un Hotel por lo que no habrá una persona esperando su llegada fuera de la hora estimada.

¿La limpieza del departamento está incluida en el precio?

La limpieza de los departamentos en su estancia no esta incluida en le precio, si necesita toallas o sabanas limpias puede pedírselas a (Adriana) es la encargada de la propiedad y no habrá ningún problema, pero si necesita la limpieza del departamento se le realizará un cargo por limpieza, por favor tenga en cuenta que está alquilando un departamento local y no un Hotel por lo que la limpieza del departamento no está incluida.

¿En la ubicación de la propiedad puedo encontrar pequeños supermercados o restaurantes?

En esta área podrá encontrar pequeñas tiendas de comida o productos básicos para cocinar o bebidas, además tienes algunos restaurantes en la calle principal y en Playita en caso de que no quiera cocinar por favor consulte (Adriana) es la encargada de la propiedad si necesita alguna orientación de donde esta localizadas.

¿Cuál es la ubicación exacta de la propiedad?

¿Puedo encontrar donde rentar un vehículo en el are de la propiedad?

Podría encontrar donde rentar una moto, pero es muy recomendable rentar un vehículo antes de llegar o llegar en vehículo, si tiene planes de quedarse más de tres días, si sus planes solo son disfrutar de la playa no es necesario, pero si desea conocer Samaná es muy recomendable, a pesar de que dispone de moto conchos o pequeños autobuses públicos, por favor tenga en cuenta de que es una zona muy alejada de la ciudad por lo que no espere encontrar confort o comodidades de la ciudad.

¿El departamento es para cuatro personas adultas?

El departamento tiene una habitación doble para una pareja y una habitación pequeña para dos niños, no recomiendo la habitación pequeña para dos adultos pero tampoco tengo ningún problema en que la usen dos adultos, por favor tenga en cuenta que es una habitación pequeña como se muestra en las imágenes, si toma la decisión de alquilar el departamento para cuatro adultos sea consiente de que encontrara una habitación pequeña para dos niños en la que podrían dormir dos adultos sin ningún problema, pero no se haga ninguna otra idea que no se muestren en las imágenes.
